Subject: Unredeemed gift card from Rocca Boston.

I have an unredeemed gift card from Rocca. Early in January, I sent an email to info@roccaboston.com and left a message at on their answering machine. In both, I asked about being reimbursed for the value of the card. Shortly after that, I received a phone message instructing me to mail the card to Rocca, 450 Harrison Ave, Suite 401, which I did with an accompanying explanatory letter.

That was about a month ago, and I haven't heard from them. I just called the phone number and left another message. I also tried to send them another email with a copy of my letter and the card attached. The email has been returned to me as undeliverable.

After having established such a wonderful reputation in Boston, I hope Michaela Larson isn't going to let it sour by not following up on her committments.

MC's article hit the nail on the head. Nothing will take a place I regularly enjoy eating off of my short list faster than inconsistency. I like having a list of 2-5 regular places to eat with friends for day to day dining & a few more for special events, out of town visitors etc. If I can't count on a solid experience, even a B-, than you won't be the first place I think of to call and make a reservation.

Well written & completely on point.

We have had some very happy customers using our on-line Food Allergen Video Training and Certification. http://www.compuworks.com/r/food-allergen-training-video

Food Service Advisors, Ted and Cos, have been very busy helping hundreds of users to get their certificates in a very simple, cost effective manner. Kudos to FSA for their skill in providing this service across the Commonwealth.
