That was about a month ago, and I haven't heard from them. I just called the phone number and left another message. I also tried to send them another email with a copy of my letter and the card attached. The email has been returned to me as undeliverable. After having established such a wonderful reputation in Boston, I hope Michaela Larson isn't going to let it sour by not following up on her committments. Nothing will take a place I regularly enjoy eating off of my short list faster than inconsistency. I like having a list of 2-5 regular places to eat with friends for day to day dining & a few more for special events, out of town visitors etc. If I can't count on a solid experience, even a B-, than you won't be the first place I think of to call and make a reservation.
